Brett is an attorney with the firm and has been practicing patent law since 1999. Brett handles various intellectual property matters including patent preparation and prosecution, and legal opinions on patent validity and infringement.
Brett has broad experience in the following technologies:

Wireless systems, including network architectures, base stations, and mobile devices

Brett earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Dakota in 1999. While in law school, Brett was a contributor to the University of North Dakota Law Review. Brett earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University in 1996. Brett is registered to practice law in Colorado and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
